Over the past two years, the application scope and sales volume of honeycomb panels have gradually increased. Many buyers are very concerned about their quality and testing. Therefore, many manufacturers have increased their control over the quality of honeycomb panels during production. So what measures are more practical and effective? We can start from the following points:
1. First, conduct comprehensive training for employees, strengthen 5S education and training, instill a strong sense of hygiene, enhance the consciousness of hygiene control, change thinking methods and cultivate good habits.
2. Establish a long-term supervision mechanism. Supervisors and other lower-level management personnel should do a good job of supervision to continuously improve our hygiene quality. We must strengthen the intensity of inspection and implementation. For personnel who do not comply with the management requirements, in addition to re-education and reminders, appropriate penalties should be imposed when necessary, such as written warnings or fines. For behaviors such as improper stacking, random placement, and lack of labeling, appropriate measures should be taken.
3. Machine operation must be strictly carried out in accordance with specifications and requirements:
(1) During the production process, operate in accordance with the operation specifications. Before and after work, maintain and clean the machines in a timely manner, keep the work surface clean and tidy, and arrange items in an orderly manner. (2) During production, the machine operator should check for hair, and ensure thorough cleaning of the floor and machine surfaces for future review and improvement.
4. Warehouse management should be streamlined. All raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials should be neatly arranged according to regulations, with labels intact.
5. Product inspection. Even with excellent control measures, defects cannot be completely avoided. This requires the concerted efforts of personnel in all positions to actively prevent and be vigilant during production. Any defects or foreign matter discovered must be promptly inspected and addressed manually, and the cause traced to prevent recurrence.
