Features and Applications:

PP extruded sheets are lightweight, have uniform thickness, a smooth and flat surface, good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, and are non-toxic. PP sheets are widely used in chemical containers, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, food packaging, pharmaceuticals, decoration, and water treatment. PP sheets can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Celsius.

Applications:
Acid and alkali resistant equipment, electroplating equipment, solar photovoltaic equipment, environmental protection equipment, wastewater and exhaust gas emission equipment, scrubbing towers, clean rooms, semiconductor plants and related industrial equipment. It is also the preferred material for manufacturing plastic water tanks. Thick PP sheets are widely used in stamping plates and press pads.

With advancements in technology and improved tastes, ensuring the integrity of interior design before completion and use requires appropriate protection to maintain the economy, safety, and convenience of the work. This also includes protection for building elevators and floors before acceptance;

5. Electronics industry protection: Conductive packaging products are mainly used for packaging IC wafers, IC packaging, testing, TFT-LCDs, optoelectronic components, and other electronic components. The purpose is to prevent contact with other charged items, which could cause spark damage due to electrical friction. Other products include conductive and antistatic plastic sheets, turnover boxes, etc.

In addition to the products mentioned above, PP sheets can also be used in washing machine back panels, refrigerator insulation layers, and packaging for frozen foods, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. PE hollow fiberboard (PE) sheets can also be produced using hollow fiberboard production lines to supply insulation partitions needed for urban construction and rural areas.
