For honeycomb frame production, we create a paper pattern based on the customer's sample, including the curved grid, wheel holes, and L-plate holes for the tie rod. This pattern is then sent to our engineering department at Kaize Technology. Upon receiving the pattern, we manufacture the honeycomb frame according to it, taking honeycomb panels, measuring the length, creating a mold based on the curved grid, and then hot-pressing and bending it into shape. Once the honeycomb frame sample is completed, Kaize Technology's engineering department delivers it to your company for production.
