What is a honeycomb panel? 

A honeycomb panel is a sheet material made by firmly bonding two thinner face sheets to both sides of a thicker honeycomb core material. It is also known as a honeycomb sandwich structure. The main material is PP (polypropylene).

Honeycomb panel specifications: The commonly used width of PP honeycomb panels is 1.5 meters, and the thickness is 4mm or more. Custom sizes can also be made according to specific customer requirements.

Features of honeycomb panels:
1. Lightweight and high rigidity - PP plastic honeycomb panels weigh approximately 1/12 of the same volume of water and 1/32 of aluminum, exhibiting excellent compressive strength and good shear strength.
