Generally, the zinc content in zinc stearate determines how well the lubricant can disperse in the plastic; the purer and more saturated the zinc stearate, the more temperature resistant it is and the easier it is to disperse.

HDPE: High-density polyethylene, possessing properties similar to low-density polyethylene resin.

AC foaming agent: Azodicarbonamide. The foaming effect of a foaming agent is determined by the amount of gas emitted. AC foaming agent is stable, environmentally friendly, and has inexpensive raw materials, making it widely used in various polyolefin products such as slippers, leather, and sound insulation materials. Decomposing AC foaming agent requires high temperatures, which can degrade plastic products and affect their performance.

DCP: Dicumyl peroxide, a crosslinking agent and initiator for polyolefin polymerization. DCP can alter the structure of rubber and plastics, making PE sheets more resistant to high temperatures, wear, and oxidation.

CaCO3: A commonly used plastic filler, available in light and heavy calcium carbonate (LCC). Light LCC is highly competitive and rapidly developing, but it is supplied to companies as agglomerates, making it difficult to disperse directly in plastic products.
