1. Strengthen quality inspection of honeycomb panel products. Few honeycomb panel manufacturers have complete testing equipment. Most do not undergo strict factory inspection. Even the inspection of thickness tolerance is not carried out according to the prescribed inspection methods; some even rely on subjective judgment by sight to classify thickness. A regional testing center could be established in areas with a high concentration of honeycomb panel manufacturers to provide convenience for each factory.

2. Increase the turnover rate of honeycomb panel templates. This is no longer a technical problem. Current products do not meet this requirement because the key lies in arbitrarily changing the type of adhesive and hot pressing parameters, and not producing according to the correct process conditions.

3. Solve surface quality issues. Each factory should produce honeycomb panel templates of various grades according to user needs. If a layer of wood veneer is placed on the surface of the honeycomb board as a panel, the bamboo mat grain can be largely eliminated. However, melamine resin coating should be used as much as possible to increase wear resistance, surface hardness, integrity, and smoothness.
